for this evenings event, join the chef as his inspiration comes from maple syrup, used in various ways to create a 4-course meal.  Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine tasting.

blinis, maple smoked duck breast, maple roasted pear labneh, parsnip duo, caramelized ginger

 

strawberry, cucumber, spinach, sofrito, maple balsamic vinaigrette, whipped feta cheese, roasted garlic, basil

 

beef tenderloin, maple bacon bourbon jus, aligot potatoes, oyster mushrooms, chestnut puree, kale

 

maple cheesecake, green apple sorbet, maple and hazelnut snow, sponge toffee, maple gel

 

price per person = $87.50 plus HST.
